Series telephones are built to offer you maximum
ease of use, plus an array of valuable features

can easily program the buttons on their telephones
by choosing from a selection of convenient features.
• Expandability—You can expand your 16
or 24-button telephone with an additional 24-button
expansion module.
• "Plug and play" installation—To
ensure maximum reliability, every 6400 telephone
arrives at your business quality-tested and ready
for use.
• Wall mountable—For greater
flexibility, the stand on each telephone can be
reversed for easy mounting on any wall.
• Automatic Station Relocation—Because
there’s no need to change station wiring or
crossconnects, your office staff can move telephone
sets around without the help of a technician, saving
you time and money. Requires Avaya Call Processing
Release 9.5 and a 6400 Serialized labeled telephone
set.
• Internal self-test—A built-in self-diagnostic
capability reduces downtime and minimizes your need
for technical assistance. • Advanced administration
screens—Users will appreciate sophisticated
displays typically found in more elaborate systems.
The 6400 Series telephones are designed to complement
any two-wire environment DEFINITY ProLogix™
Solution and DEFINITY System Release 6 or higher.
Attendant Solutions
Avaya 302D Attendant Console
The 302D series Attendant Console is a 2-wire unit
with an optional expansion module 26C. They work
behind any Avaya DEFINITY system or Avaya Media
Server that supports a 2-wire DCP line circuit card.
The 302D comes in three colors: dark gray, black,
and Avaya white. The display is a 1 x 40 universal
display that will support Katakana, Roman and Euro
font character sets. Label languages are Japanese,
English, French, Dutch, Spanish Latin America, Italian,
German, Canadian French, Brazilian Portuguese
and two of each label are included with each console.
